- Passport Copy
- Salary Certificate
- 6 months Bank Statements
- Liability letter from bank
- Sales deposit and copies of receipts
- Self employed accounts

- Proof of Residency
Overseas mortgage and Loan criteria varies from each lender, however as a rule most lenders offer 80% loans to residents and 70% for non residents.
